Your intimate-health concerns deserve a conversation
EMFEMME uses radiofrequency energy to heat local tissue. Whether the concern is dryness, changes after childbirth or everyday discomfort, your physician first explores the cause, then discusses suitability and treatment areas so care reflects your own needs.

Start with what you are feeling
Is the concern dryness, appearance or discomfort during activities? Describe when it happens without needing to diagnose the cause yourself. Your physician considers childbirth history, menopausal changes and previous care. Abnormal bleeding, infection or persistent pain needs appropriate medical assessment first.
Local heating with radiofrequency energy
EMFEMME delivers energy through a radiofrequency applicator. Treatment sites, the process and expected sensations are explained beforehand, with settings adjusted according to response. Report pain or discomfort immediately.
A different assessment focus from EMSELLA
EMFEMME focuses on radiofrequency tissue heating; EMSELLA uses electromagnetic stimulation to induce pelvic floor muscle contractions. Assessment distinguishes tissue, muscle-function or other concerns before discussing options. The two are not a fixed treatment package.
Include aftercare in the plan
Brief warmth, redness or sensitivity may occur. Daily activities, skincare and intimate activity are discussed according to the treated area and individual response. Contact the clinic if discomfort persists or worsens.
Frequently asked questions
Can I ask about changes after childbirth or during menopause?
Yes. Suitability depends on recovery, symptoms, medical history and examination results, not simply age or whether you have given birth.
For urinary leakage, should I choose EMFEMME or EMSELLA?
First identify the type and cause of leakage. Pelvic floor assessment, other investigations or referral may be needed; one treatment is not used for every kind of leakage.
What might treatment feel like?
You may feel local warmth. Sensations depend on the site, settings and individual tolerance. If pain or discomfort occurs, treatment is stopped for reassessment.
Can I have a consultation without deciding on treatment straight away?
You can first learn about the assessment, options and aftercare, then decide whether to proceed. Treatment goals concern assessable physical conditions and do not promise changes in intimate relationships.

Treatment does not replace necessary gynaecological or urological care. Suitable areas, session numbers and responses require individual assessment; full precautions are explained beforehand.
