Logistics Partners:

  • Home Delivery: Chunghwa Post, Yamato Transport (Taiwan main island only)

  • Convenience Store Pickup: 7-Eleven, FamilyMart (Taiwan main island and offshore convenience store locations)

Delivery Timeframe / Regions:

  • Home Delivery

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 days

    • Service Area: Taiwan main island

  • Convenience Store Pickup

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 days

    • Service Area: Taiwan main island

  • Postal Delivery (Offshore Islands)

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 5 days

    • Service Area: Offshore islands of Taiwan

Shipping Information

  • Orders are shipped within approximately 2–3 business days after the order date (excluding the day of order placement and public holidays).

  • Delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no deliveries on weekends or public holidays).

  • During peak holiday seasons or due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), shipments may be delayed.

  • For Home Delivery: The actual delivery time will depend on the driver’s route arrangements.

  • For Convenience Store Pickup: Please check the SMS notification upon arrival and collect your package within 7 days. Failure to collect your order may result in additional shipping charges, which shall be borne by the customer.
