Refund policy

Taiwan & Offshore Islands

(1) Cooling-off Period (Not a Trial Period):
According to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period (including public holidays) starting from the day you receive the product. The cooling-off period allows you to view, inspect, and compare the product. You may request a return and refund within 7 days. Please note that the cooling-off period is not a trial period; returns will not be accepted after this period has expired.

(2) Return Instructions:
Returned products must be in brand-new condition and retain all items originally included, such as the product itself, gifts, accessories, packaging, documents, and protective materials (e.g., product box, warranty card, protective plastic covers). Please return the product along with the original invoice within 7 days of receipt (including holidays) and sign the required “Return and Allowance Form” in accordance with applicable regulations. Otherwise, Geown reserves the right to refuse your return or refund request.

When returning or exchanging products, please use the original shipping carton for packaging. If the original carton has been lost, please use another sturdy carton. Do not attach labels or write directly on the manufacturer’s packaging.

If the returned item is missing parts or is damaged, Geown reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the refund based on the extent of the damage.

Once your return is processed and we confirm receipt of the complete and undamaged product, our customer service team will arrange your refund immediately.

(3) Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Returns made after the 7-day cooling-off period.

  2. Products that have been opened or used (e.g., packaging seals or tapes removed).

  3. Products not kept in their original condition, damaged, or incomplete.

  4. Missing invoices.

  5. Products that have been unsealed are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective. Please confirm before purchase.

  6. Customized products.

If you request an exchange due to personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong product, color, style, or size, or simply disliking the product), please contact customer service. You will be responsible for shipping costs, and we will assist you with the exchange process.

You agree that all return-related authorization documents (“Return or Allowance Certificate for Goods”) will be processed solely by Loheng Co., Ltd.

Submitting a return request to customer service implies your agreement to the above return conditions, and customer service may assist you in completing the return process.

For credit card payments, refunds will be processed as a reversal to your card. Depending on your bank’s procedures, the refund may take 5–7 business days to complete and may appear on the current or next billing statement. Please contact your issuing bank for details.

For other payment methods, our customer service will contact you regarding the refund process.


Overseas Orders

(1) Promotional offers for overseas customers are subject to official announcements.

(2) Please ensure that all recipient information is entered correctly in English before purchase. If the shipping destination is in a Chinese-speaking country, you may fill in the address in Chinese.

(3) Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country shall be borne by the recipient.

(4) If an order cannot be shipped due to incomplete information, we will attempt to contact the customer within 3 business days after receiving the order. If we cannot reach the customer, the order will be automatically canceled without further notice.

(5) Overseas orders undergo an additional quality inspection before shipment. Therefore, the 7-day cooling-off period does not apply to overseas orders after shipping.

(6) Overseas orders are still entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period. However, due to the complexity of cross-border logistics, only returns (not exchanges) are accepted. Please contact customer service and return the product as instructed. Once the returned product is confirmed intact, a refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

(7) Please record an unboxing video upon receipt of the package to protect both parties’ rights. For any issues, contact customer service within 3 days of receipt.

(8) Regulations differ by country. Please check your local import laws before purchase to ensure the product can be delivered. If goods are confiscated by customs, Geown shall not be held responsible and will not refund product or shipping fees.

(9) If the package is returned due to refusal by the recipient, failure to collect from the local logistics center, customs restrictions, incorrect or incomplete address, or similar reasons, shipping fees will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued as:
Original order amount – two-way shipping fees – applicable customs duties – local taxes/other return-related costs = refund amount

All order amounts and refunds are calculated in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD). Any differences caused by exchange rate fluctuations shall be borne by the customer.

According to Taiwan’s Value-Added Tax Act, Geown does not issue official VAT invoices for overseas orders.
