Q: How many sessions does it take to see significant results?
Some people see improvements after one session, while others choose additional sessions to further reduce fat. Therefore, the number of sessions depends on your expectations and needs.
Q: Is the treatment painful?
You may feel a deep pulling sensation and coldness at the beginning of the treatment, but this gradually subsides after 5-10 minutes. Most patients are able to use their phone, read a book, or even take a nap during the treatment. After the treatment, you can immediately return to work and daily activities.
Q: Where does the reduced fat go? Are the results permanent?
Once fat cells crystalize, the body naturally metabolizes and eliminates these dead cells. Metabolized fat cells are permanently gone.
Q: When will I see results?
As the body begins to metabolize fat cells, most people start to see changes three to four weeks after treatment, with the most significant results appearing after three months. Some people gradually see improvement within six months.
Q: How long does a session take?
To effectively destroy fat cells, the process takes 70 minutes. One to four areas can be treated simultaneously in the same session, or multiple sessions can be planned for overall improvement, depending on the patient's expectations, goals, and time.
Q: Are there any side effects from the treatment?
During the treatment, you may feel pulling, tugging, numbness, or discomfort. Typical side effects after treatment include temporary numbness, redness, swelling, bruising, tingling, and pain. However, these symptoms will resolve on their own over time.
Q: How long do I need to wait before the next session?
For the same treated area, you need to wait 6 to 8 weeks between sessions. It is recommended to treat a maximum of 8 areas at a time. All treatment plans must be carefully evaluated by a physician.
Q: Can the treatment be used for weight loss?
Cooltech Define can only eliminate localized fat on the body and is not intended as a weight loss solution.
