4D PicoPlus is a multi-wavelength picosecond laser platform used in physician-led assessment of pigmentation, redness, pores and skin texture. Different concerns—including melasma, solar lentigines, post-inflammatory pigmentation and vascular-related redness—require different diagnostic and treatment approaches.
The physician reviews skin tone, pigment type and depth, recent sun exposure, medication, previous laser response and acceptable recovery time before selecting wavelength, handpiece, coverage and settings. Treatment response, number of sessions and recovery vary by person; a fixed result or single-session clearance is not guaranteed.
